Answer. We are no body to chose among:- Wahabism(salafi) Sufism(ahle bidah) Quranist(only follow quran not hadith) Ahmedia Muhammadan(do not follow sahabi and madhabs) Sunni(ahle sunnah) Shia(ahle bayt Tabligh Barevli Deobandi any one on the path. However the Quran is the only guidance for the whole mankind which will explain as follows:- Answer:- 6/153-154 سُوۡرَةُ الاٴنعَام وَلَا تَقۡرَبُواْ مَالَ ٱلۡيَتِيمِ إِلَّا بِٱلَّتِى هِىَ أَحۡسَنُ حَتَّىٰ يَبۡلُغَ أَشُدَّهُ ۥ‌ۖ وَأَوۡفُواْ ٱلۡڪَيۡلَ وَٱلۡمِيزَانَ بِٱلۡقِسۡطِ‌ۖ لَا نُكَلِّفُ نَفۡسًا إِلَّا وُسۡعَهَا‌ۖ وَإِذَا قُلۡتُمۡ فَٱعۡدِلُواْ وَلَوۡ ڪَانَ ذَا قُرۡبَىٰ‌ۖ وَبِعَهۡدِ ٱللَّهِ أَوۡفُواْ‌ۚ ذَٲلِڪُمۡ وَصَّٮٰكُم بِهِۦ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَذَكَّرُونَ (١٥٢) وَأَنَّ هَـٰذَا صِرَٲطِى مُسۡتَقِيمً۬ا فَٱتَّبِعُوهُ‌ۖ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُواْ ٱلسُّبُلَ فَتَفَرَّقَ بِكُمۡ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦ‌ۚ ذَٲلِكُمۡ وَصَّٮٰكُم بِهِۦ لَعَلَّڪُمۡ تَتَّقُونَ (١٥٣) Exposition:- And do not come near the wealth of an orphan except that is a best way(1) until they reach to maturity /young age ( well intellect s, return their wealth to them);keep the measurement(scales ) and balances (straight) with justice.(2) We never task any soul/body beyond his capacity.(3) and when you talk (of any evidence); always tell truth even if your witness is against any of your nearest (4) and fulfil the agreement you have pledged with Allah(5) Allah ordains you as above so that you may get advice. 6/154. No doubt ( the above mentioned) is My straight path; so you follow the same . And never follow the other ways. Otherwise they will deviate you from the Divine’s way. Allah orders you ( as above so that you may get rid (all kinds )of the dangers. Some clarifications:- (1) It has been mentioned to come near the wealth of an orphan if that is beautiful إِلَّا بِٱلَّتِى هِىَ أَحۡسَنُ Or proportional. The best way is to care his wealth so that it may not be wasted. If repairable must be repaired ,if it is business institution must be watched so that it may not come towards loss and ultimately finished.. The best thing in the wealth that it should not be exchanged with inferior, 4/2 Sura Al Baqara. وَلَا تَتَبَدَّلُواْ ٱلۡخَبِيثَ بِٱلطَّيِّبِ‌ۖ وَلَا تَأۡكُلُوٓاْ أَمۡوَٲلَهُمۡ إِلَىٰٓ أَمۡوَٲلِكُمۡ‌ۚ And do not exchange your inferior things with their superior items . The time of return has also been mentioned حَتَّىٰ يَبۡلُغَ أَشُدَّهُ ۥ‌ۖ Until they have reached to their youth time/age.In Sura An Nisaa 4/6 has been mentioned as:- سُوۡرَةُ النِّسَاء وَٱبۡتَلُواْ ٱلۡيَتَـٰمَىٰ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا بَلَغُواْ ٱلنِّكَاحَ فَإِنۡ ءَانَسۡتُم مِّنۡہُمۡ رُشۡدً۬ا فَٱدۡفَعُوٓاْ إِلَيۡہِمۡ أَمۡوَٲلَهُمۡ‌ۖ With regards to the orphans in your care ,ascertain/make certain if they are of sound understanding .If so handover their property to them when they attain the age of marriage .thinking that you have to return the property of orphans to them after a short time ,do not devour it or expend/spend it wastefully .Those who have means should not charge anything for their stewardship and those who are in need may charge a fair reasonable sum. When you are going to return the property of orphans to them, call witnesses and keep in mind that you are accountable to Allah. (2) وَأَوۡفُواْ ٱلۡڪَيۡلَ وَٱلۡمِيزَانَ بِٱلۡقِسۡطِ‌ۖ All type of measurements ,its standards, tolerances of accuracy, casual calibration, lab references, provincial and federal references linked to International Standards. Whether for Kilogram, meter, litre, Kilowatt hour have been ordered to keep them Calibrated بِٱلۡقِسۡطِ‌. All those measurements and standard in all fields must be correct with which peace in the society may be restored. (3) لَا نُكَلِّفُ نَفۡسًا إِلَّا وُسۡعَهَا‌ These words are making clear that the order given are right in the capacity of mankind to make them happen. Not a single order is such which cannot be implemented . (4) وَإِذَا قُلۡتُمۡ فَٱعۡدِلُواْ وَلَوۡ ڪَانَ ذَا قُرۡبَىٰ‌ۖ In this sentence وَإِذَا قُلۡتُمۡ every word of a Momin is included. Whenever you talk should be correct/real; not to tell a lie; but here it is particularly for a witness which should be correct even if it is against /harmful to your nearest relation. Even if that is harmful for your nearest interest. Never give lie witness. (5) وَبِعَهۡدِ ٱللَّهِ أَوۡفُواْ‌ Every promise/pledge with Allah must be fulfilled regularly. We all pledge in Salaat/Namaaz إِيَّاكَ نَعۡبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسۡتَعِينُ (٥) is that pledge which every person promises in every Rakaat of his/her prayer ,We will only get help from You and will continue like this. This is complete agreement/pledge . In this whole Divine orders are also included which are to be followed. This total agreement of the whole/all orders have been mentioned in the Quran. Conclusion:- The persons, society or country endeavoring towards the above efforts/hardships will be called Mujaahideen, Momineen or Muslim keeping their freedom with in the boundaries of the Quran. They will be making/establishing a balanced society in this world called Jannat. Those who are not endavouring for these efforts will not be given/blessed Jannat /Paradise in the hereafter.
