IndiaTomorrow.net,

Ahmedabad, March 18: In a shocking and shameful incident, two teen sisters were allegedly gang-raped in front of their father in a moving car in Dahod district of Gujarat - the home state of Prime Minister Narendra Modi - on 15 March. Though the national media picked the news two days later, the brutal incident could not make national headlines.

The sisters, aged 13 and 15, and their father were dragged from their shop in the Bhutpagla village in Dahod district on Wednesday and pushed into an SUV and the kidnappers fled away. In the moving car, according to the police, the girls were raped in front of their father by six abductors - five of whom including one called Kumat Baria have been arrested.

Media reports say that sisters' brother, who was arrested in a prohibition case some time back, had told police he used to procure liquor from Kumat. As a revenge, Kumat and his accomplices abducted the girls and gang-raped them.
